Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid program seating confirmed by written invoice from ML Platform. Informational prices on this site are not charges. Employer-paid seats follow the same rules unless a master services agreement states otherwise.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests between 13 and 7 days before start may receive a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid. Within 6 days of start, tuition is non-refundable except as required by mandatory Korean consumer law.

Full or partial refund conditions

Full refunds are available when we cancel a cohort, when you cancel within the 14-day window, or when we materially change schedule without offering a suitable alternative. Partial refunds apply in the 13–7 day window described above. No refund is due after you attend the first live session or download the primary template pack, whichever occurs first.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked by you, third-party exam fees, custom Assurance Circle discovery work already delivered, and rush rescheduling fees are non-refundable. Seat transfers to a named colleague in the same organization are allowed once without fee if requested 7+ days before start.

Refund process

Email info@ml-platform.digital with your invoice number, participant name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days (KST).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within 15 business days to the original payment method (wire or card). Bank fees charged by intermediary institutions are borne by the payer unless we caused the cancellation.

Cancellation by ML Platform

If we cancel for instructor illness or under-enrollment, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no charge.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military duty may qualify for credit toward a future cohort even inside the non-refundable window, at our reasonable discretion.
